The CEO and founders of Makeen Technologies are actively managing the impact of COVID-19 on our operations. First and foremost is the safety and wellbeing of our customers and team.
We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty at this time and want to reassure our customers that we are operating with a “business as usual” mentality, and are continuing to deliver on our commitments.
Makeen Technologies is built on the brand pillars of Community, Transparency and Excellence with our team and customers are located across all continents. As a global community, we always look out for and take care each other and now more than ever as we are being asked to make adjustments to our day to day lives and be responsible for those around us.
Fortunately, we have the systems and technology in place to enable all our team members to work remotely on a day-to-day basis. In addition to this, we have increased our back up and support resources in the event that a team member falls ill and needs to suddenly take care of themselves or a loved one.
We are also regularly communicating with our employees the need to protect their own health and wellbeing by reinforcing WHO guidelines around social distancing and personal hygiene.
These measures aim to work towards protecting both our people and their communities, whilst ensuring our business continues to thrive and deliver excellent outcomes for our customers.
We appreciate your support and wish all our customers the very best of health. If you have any questions at all about our response to the current situation, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
The CEO and Directors of Makeen Technologies are extremely proud of our Makeen team and feel blessed to be able to inform our customers that we can continue to operate business as usual. And we have you to thank for this.
While we remain confident that you are taking responsibility for your individual health and wellbeing, we want to stress the importance of following basic protective measures to help “flatten the curve” of COVID-19, as advised by the World Health Organization :
Once again, we sincerely thank you for your invaluable support and commitment as we continue to press ahead with our projects. Please stay safe and well.
